Dental Crown
Dental crowns and bridges are permanent prosthetic devices that are placed over remaining tooth structure after a root canal or attached to two adjacent teeth to replace a missing tooth.
A crown is usually required after a root canal treatment (RCT). Since the procedure removes the tooth’s nerve and can weaken its structure, placing a crown helps restore strength and provides protection to the treated tooth.
Root Canal Treatment (RCT) is a procedure that helps fight an infection in the core of a tooth.
